Officers can communicate with offenders through voice, instant message or video, and priority lists of non-compliant and low-compliance offenders can be easily created.
a) Offender performs enrollment (or login) with phone number and last 4 digit identification.
b) When you use Spot Check network services or visit the Spot Check platform webpage, Spot Check automatically receives and records the information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language, Data such as the date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics, and webpage records you need.
c) Offender’s personal data obtained by Spot Check, from business partners through legal means.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this privacy policy:
a) The keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Spot Check platform.
b) The relevant information and data released by you on Spot Check collected by Spot Check, including but not limited to participation activities, transaction information, and evaluation details.
c) Violation of legal regulations or violations of Spot Check rules and the measures that Spot Check has taken against you.

Under the following circumstances, Spot Check will disclose your personal information in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or legal requirements:
